HCR Head Corner Rounding

Table corner rounding unit with one punch only. Sturdily built, easy adjusting. Just insert the cover, the punching tool comes down and allows the perfect rounding of the corner.

CORNER TRIM

The machine can be directly connected to a three knife trimmer. Conveyor belts accept the books spine leading singly or piled up to 60 mm high. Corner rounding knives can be selected according to the requirements of the finished product.

2 HEAD CORNER ROUNDING

Covers are insert manually into the corner rounding station. In two passages the machinery allows the perfect rounding of the sides of the 4 corners. The unit is equipped with the heating system which soften the glue before the corners will be rounded.
