DOCAN LAUNCHES NEW PLATFORMS.


At the APPPEXPO in Shanghai this week, Dynagraph’s partner Docan, who are Asia’s largest manufacturer of industrial UV LED printers, will launch a range of new platforms.

Docan recently moved into a state of the art new 60,000sqm Factory where their custom designed production lines will improve speed of production and lower costs. This move has resulted in a number of improvements on existing models and a range of new models being released at the APPPEXPO which include the following: 5m Hybrid printer with 3.5 picoliter Kyocera printheads and a top speed of 230sqm/h. The FR5000 is a huge 5m platform with a vacuum belt feeding and conveying system which allows you to print both rigid medias and roll to roll in the same printer. The 5m width allows you to print multiple rigid medias at the same time for high speed production. The H1000GT is a 2.44 x 1.22 flatbed printer, featuring the new 5 picoliter Ricoh gen 6 heads, this true flatbed printer has auto height sensor and can add optional varnish. This also comes in a high speed version with Maglev driving motor. 2m Hybrid printer with the option of choosing the from a range of print head options including the 3.5 picoliter Kyocera printhead, the new 5 picoliter Ricoh gen 6 printhead, the new Konica Minolta 6 picoliter printhead  or the affordable 7 picoliter Ricoh gen 5. The FR2010 is a 2m platform with a vacuum belt feeding and conveying system which allows you to print both rigid Medias and roll to roll in the same printer. New high speed versions of the existing 2.44 x 1.22 and 3.2m x 1.22m flatbed printers adding Maglex driving motors. Plus the option to have Ricoh gen 6, 5 picoliter printheads rather than 3.5 picoliter Kyocera printheads.
