Dynagraphs partners Docan attended the APPPEXPO in late July with their largest stand ever launching a number of new models of their UV led curing industrial printers.
Whilst the show was unable to have international visitors attend and visitor numbers were also down from mainland China the people attending showed a good interest in equipment investment as China see continuing improvements in their economy as the country reopens. It would appear the people who attended were those intending to invest so whilst the quantity of visitors was down the quality of those attending was high. The star attraction for Docan amongst their new product releases was a 5m Hybrid printer with 3.5 picoliter Kyocera printheads and a top speed of 230sqm/h. The FR5000 is a huge 5m platform with a vacuum belt feeding and conveying system which allows you to print both rigid medias and roll to roll in the same printer. The 5m width allows you to print multiple rigid medias at the same time for high speed production. Docan had instant success with the release of the FR5000 selling 8 units at the show.
