Dynagraph partner EFI conducted their 22nd annual connect conference at Wynn Las Vegas recently and ME Printer has reported on the conference in their January 2022 issue.
The conference highlighted the advances in the Fiery ripping software and servers. Fiery is the fastest rip available for Large Format printers with many advanced features for best colour accuracy and ease of use by operators. A wide suite of optional extras includes packages like "Prep-it" for operators doing large runs of print and cut, "Prep-it" can save up to 90% of the setup time to prepare complex nesting files and save on average 10% of media.
The conference also introduced the new Pro30H EFI's most affordable 3.2m hybrid UV printer with led curing that allows you to print to flexible rolls or rigid substrate on the one printer for complete versatility to meet clients' print demands.
With a maximum speed of 240sqm/h and 140sqm of print for each litre of ink ensures the Pro30H is at least 30% cheaper to operate than its closest competitors.
The conference also highlighted the new High-speed offerings from EFI with roll-to-roll printers printing up to 672sqm/h and new single pass technology that can produce up to 1000 boards or sheets an hour.
