EXTENDED EQUIPMENT SHUTDOWN AND RESTARTING.

Updated: Dec 29, 2021

Dynagraph hopes our customers are keeping safe and well at this difficult time.

With business restrictions some customers may need to shut down their equipment for an extended period. There are often procedures in place to shut down and have equipment offline for an extended period and then procedures to restart that ensure your equipment is not damaged. Whilst these procedures are outlined in your product manuals, where Dynagraph has supplied equipment you may contact your local service team for advice on extended shutdown or on on the restart of your business. The Dynagraph Service team is also available, subject to any Government imposed restrictions, to do service calls as required. Your equipment represents a significant investment by your company so make sure your production staffs are carrying out the correct procedures to protect your investment. The below link has just been released by HP with information on restarting their latex printers after an extended downtime. https://lkc.hp.com/blog/prepare-printer-printing-again-after-extended-downtime-hp-latex-110-300-and-500-printer-series For more information, please contact your local Dynagraph Representative.
