At Formnext, DyeMansion made a number of announcements on new products and collaborations.
Powerfuse S PP
DyeMansion will showcase its new Powerfuse S PP technology for the smoothing of 3D printed polypropylene at Formnext 2022. According to the business, the Powerfuse S PP is the only green vapour polishing solution ever created for highly industrial production and surface improvements that go beyond aesthetics to smooth 3D printed PP.
The Powerfuse S model from DyeMansion processes polypropylene alone, whereas the Powerfuse S PP is designed to process all commonly found rigid and flexible materials on the market, including PA, TPU, ULTEM, and more.
I'm excited to see that the factory of the future is becoming a reality, in part because of our most recent products, after seven years of company and developing workflow solutions for our clients. We are constructing numerous factories for large volume applications around the world in collaboration with our clients and partners. At Formnext, we demonstrate how anyone can put our solutions into practice in their own factory. The requirements to successfully future-proof your manufacturing are connectivity, automation, and reproducible quality, according to Felix Ewald, CEO and Co-Founder of DyeMansion.
The new system's high level of automation and closed loop circulation with integrated solvent recovery, according to DyeMansion, are some of its primary features.

Dyemansion 360o Digital Services
The DyeMansion 360° Digital Services are the company's first family of digital products, according to the announcement. The DyeMansion Workflow Center, DyeMansion Data Connect, and DyeMansion Remote Service are all members of the product family.
The DyeMansion Workflow Center is a cloud-based web application that runs in a browser. Siemens MindSphere has been chosen by DyeMansion as the framework for their offering. It features plug-and-play functionality that makes it immediately usable and enables live monitoring, customized alerts, and run history. Customers can reportedly track and evaluate their own workflow, according to the company.
For MES/ERP systems, DyeMansion Data Connect delivers local machine and process data. According to DyeMansion, the Remote Service provides "quick and efficient" remote support while also enabling maximum uptime through direct troubleshooting, more effective collaboration through focused support, and decreased resource usage.
At Formnext, the company has demonstrated the DyeMansion Workflow Center live. In an effort to accelerate serial AM production, the company is also joining the CO-AM software platform from Materialise as a post-processing partner. The company claims that a standardized OPC-UA interface allows for smooth access to the Print-to-Product workflow on CO-AM.
Partnership with Nexa 3D
A collaborative cooperation between DyeMansion and Nexa3D has been announced with the goal of automating workflows for additive manufacturing from printing to completed products. This collaboration will make use of the automated post-processing equipment from DyeMansion, the high-throughput QLS 820 printer from Nexa3D, as well as the potent NexaX for QLS manufacturing software and the Siemens PLC integration of the printer.
According to Kevin McAlea, COO of Nexa3D, "Nexa3D is driving innovation to digitise the supply chain sustainably by making the fastest polymer 3D printers affordable for professionals and organizations of all sizes." It makes sense that we would team up with DyeMansion, the industry leader in automated post processing solutions for powder bed fusion, in order to give our industrial customers access to high-throughput manufacturing capabilities throughout the entire manufacturing process and to help them lower their overall operating costs.
According to DyeMansion, this strategic alliance would make it easier for users to control productivity and product quality.
