BW Converting and Rolling Tissue Showcase Complete Integrated Line at Miami Facility Open House

Following the success of Rolling Tissue’s facility launch in Miami and their first joint event back in 2024, BW Converting and Rolling Tissue came together again this past April 2026. They hosted a second Open House to show off their complete, fully integrated converting and packaging line running live in real production conditions.

The event didn’t just highlight the technical machinery; it really brought to light the strong foundation of trust and open communication both companies have built up over time.

Complete End-to-End Line Running Live in Miami

Right at the center of this setup is a fully integrated system. It combines a PCMC Forte Series 6 converting line with a full STAX packaging suite—featuring a Prima wrapper, a Diversa bundler and case packer, plus all the necessary end-of-line gear. Designed to work together as one cohesive system, it lets Rolling Tissue hit high marks when it comes to daily efficiency, system reliability, and overall product quality.

Ever since startup, the line has proven its worth on the shop floor. The results are driven by a sharp local crew, backed up by steady, hands-on support from the BW Converting team.
