Autobond offers a diverse selection of heat laminators, including the versatile Autobond Mini 74 SD-T. This thermal laminator is designed for quick setup and supports a format size of up to 74cm x 74cm (29” x 29”). Its modular design allows for the addition of features like a perfector, in-line spot UV coating, or an in-line foiling machine. The feeder uses a Heidelberg-Stahl suction drum with bottom separation, enabling continuous top-loading. Sheets are inflated with air from the sides, allowing them to float for smooth feeding.

The operator can replenish sheets without stopping the process, ensuring uninterrupted operation. The laminator features a water-heated chrome roller with digital temperature control up to 135°C (275°F), a rubber counter-pressure roller, and pneumatic nip pressure up to 6 tonnes. The film is mounted on a quick-change inflatable air-shaft, with integrated slitting and perforating mechanisms. Additionally, a pneumatic clutch ensures precise control of film tension throughout the process.
