Dynagraph begins ground works on its New Premises
For Dynagraph the past years have undoubtedly been the most difficult since its inception. Ever since the stock market crash of 2008, the economy has been in a constant state of shambles and the industry to this day is still undergoing some major structural changes.
Therefore, while a firm decision had been made in early 2006 for Dynagraph to build a purpose-built facility by leasing land from the International Media Production Free Zone, TECOM the project was dropped in 2010 because of a lack of market visibility.
Instead, the same project was reexamined in 2016 given the need for Dynagraph to consolidate its Al Quoz and IMPZ offices and warehouses in one location.
A daring decision has given the looming economic uncertainty. However, it is the company’s firm belief that the days of the economic recession are soon over and a return to more prosperous times are around the corner.
Today 29th of November marks, therefore, the start of the excavation for the works on 4,500sqm of office and warehouse space for a total period of 10 months.
