Flint Group develops, produces and markets a wide range of conventional and UV printing inks on a global basis, with five regional operations that provide local service.
The European News Ink division of the Flint Group is Europe's leading and largest manufacturer of coldset inks for newspaper printing. Close contacts with customers in conjunction with task-oriented co-operations with press manufacturers and paper makers provide the basis for newspaper inks which take new trends in newspaper printing into account at an early stage.
The range of inks for newspaper printing comprises besides black and process inks, inks for waterless offset printing, HKS® and Pantone® spot colour inks and special spot colour inks. Printing additives and fountain solutions that are matched with the range of printing inks as well as holistic solutions for flexo newspaper printing complement the portfolio.
Flint is one of the leading Heatset ink producers and offers an optimal product for every application. The product portfolio ranges from standard series for LWC-, SC-, and newsprint paper to special series with high rub resistance and spot colours. Fount solutions, silicones and wash up solutions complement the Heatset inks.
