Obeikan Technical Fabrics Co (OTF) produces up to 5 meter wide seamless PVC coated polyester fabrics for solvent base ink-jet printers for outdoor and indoor signage applications (Billboards, Signs, Banners, awnings and canopies).
OTF product range includes Frontlit, Backlit, Mesh, Blockout, Digital Textile, Side Curtain and Colored Tarpaulins which are being distributed to more than 50 countries in the six continents around the world under Obeflex trade name. OTF technology and equipments are bought from first class manufacturers mainly from Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The company owns its weaving and warping machines where it weaves its own polyester fabric. PVC coated materials are fully woven using High tenacity polyester yarn; knife coated using a sophisticated PVC paste formula containing many additives and stabilizers to ensure a high performance of the signage product.
Obeflex has exceptional characteristics which give many advantages compared to the laminated material such as high tear resistance and tensile strength, excellent resistance against delaminating, heat resistance, UV stabilized, anti fungus treated, flame retardant, excellent weatherability, smooth surface finish coated with acrylic lacquer on both sides.
